Has Video-Cellar confirmed the copy right status on Spaghetti Western movies? If not then I will make a list and post it up here just to be sure.

Yeah .. i also did see alot of spaghetti westerns at online catalog of mill creek, alpha video and other major PD destributor ... that´s why i was asking about them here.
As far as i can remember it ... AVGeek was very active in answering such question at that time ..
The problem is that most of those old posts are deleted ... at least i can´t find them anymore

Best way would be to create a list of the movies you have in mind and post them here

Hey guys, I'm not sure yet but I've been to some movie sites that only post movies and classic tv that are in the Public Domain and they have quite a few Spaghetti Westerns on there and one of them is "Price of Power." I have also went to ioffer.com where you can buy a lot of stuff (I actually perfer ioffer over ebay) and theres some people on there selling spaghetti westerns and in they're "detail section" they specifically state that all of the titles that they are selling are in the Public Domain.

Once again I'm still not 100% sure but I'm starting to feel that in fact alot of these spaghetti westerns are in the PD. Movies such as Django and the trinity series and so forth.
